We would like to buy jackets from you, how do we start?

Firstly, we only supply trade customers, download the new account form and send it to us.If you are a consumer, enquire at your local workwear, promotional, printer or embroidery company

What is the best way to place an order?

If you register on our website, you can order online 24 hours a day.  Otherwise you can place orders by Telephone:  0333 3553629  Email: sales@rainstar.co.uk

What is the shipping time?

We endeavour to ship orders on the same day if they are received by 4.00pm.  Our standard service is 24 hours but will take 2 days to non-mainland areas.

Is there a minimum order?

There is no minimum order, customers can order single garments if they require.  Carriage is charged for any orders under £150.00.

How can I set up an on-line account?

If you click on ‘register’ at the top right-hand of the website, it will create a request for us to approve.

What are your opening times?

Our team is available from 9.00am – 5.00pm to answer the telephone.

We have some returns, what do we do?

Simply email us your request giving your invoice number to sales@rainstar.co.uk including a reason and we will take care of the rest.

What is the minimum order for bespoke enquiries?

We require a minimum of 1000 units.

 How long do bespoke orders take?

From sample approval it will take approximately 120 days.

Where to you supply?

Our warehouse is based in the United Kingdom but we can ship worldwide.

 Can we use your images to help with our own marketing?

Yes, just request the images you require by emailing us at sales@rainstar.co.uk

Do jackets remain waterproof once decorated?

If the jacket has been embroidered, the embroidered area will no longer be waterproof.  Other decoration techniques will keep the jackets waterproof qualities.

Where are the jackets manufactured?

We are lucky to have our own factories in China, this ensures we are in control of production at all times.
